Here I am, just popping in quickly for a little update ... Chookyblue will be pleasantly surprised and shocked! :0) Have had a bit of a "BLAH!" week, but thanks to a good belly laugh over an email Toni sent me, I'm feeling a bit more my usual self. I won't share it, as it really was one of those "you had to be there" moments (and quite frankly, you'll probably think I've completely lost the plot and call the men in white coats!!), but it came at just the right time. Isn't it great to have bloggy buddies to cheer us up when we're a bit blue?!
OK ... so, due to feeling "BLAH!", I haven't done much stitching this week. I did however, get "Moon Dance" back from the lovely quilting genius, Rosalie ... who still managed to quilt it beautifully for me even though she's handicapped with a very sore arm at the moment - thaks Rosalie and hope your arm is on the mend soon! I'll sew the binding on this weekend and hopefully be back next week with a photo of the finished cot quilt to share.
I have made a little bit of progress on my French-inspired quilt and also hope to get more of it stitched this weekend, so thought I'd tease you with another sneaky peek. Ready??
Are you starting to get any ideas about my new quilt design-in-progress??? I'm enjoying stitching it and can't wait til I have a bit more of it to show you.
As promised ... that's it ... short and sweet! And now ... I'm off to have a cup of tea and contemplate which lot of stitching to tackle first. Hope you're looking forward to a stitchy weekend! :0) Til next time ...
BEAR HUGS!
CHEERS!

J'adore Paris!
Sorry to read your were feeling Blah, that sideboard would just about be enough to cheer me up, big red fan here. Usually like things more on the 'restored naturally' side, but know that's not always possible.

Yay... as you know I love all things French and your new project is getting me very excited. Oh how I'd love to be sitting at a little table in a Parisian cafe right now. I'd take you with me of course Kris and there would be no more 'blah' moments. I wonder who we can get to pay for this trip??
Cheer up my friend,
Hugs ~ Kerryanne
