Since that's not on the cards any time soon, we've both decided that it's "Snugglin' On The Couch" weather. There was just one problem ... I had my faithful (if slightly worn!!) flannel blankie, but GB didn't have a snuggle rug! OH NO!!! So ... what's a quilter to do ... I visited my Home-Away-From-Home, stocked up on some funky flannel, stitched and sewed and made him his very own blankie.
Hmmm ... I think this means it's a success! Tee! Hee! Hee! A big thank you to my fellow-Quilting Angel, the Fabulous Fiona for working her quilting magic ... although the photo doesn't show it, her big quilted circles were just perfect to reflect the dots and spots in the flannel prints. Isn't it lovely to have clever friends! :0)
OK ... off to make myself a cuppa and go back to snuggling under my own blankie. Hope you're all having a great start to your week and have found the perfect way to spend time with your loved ones! :0) Til next time ...

---I think that you and I should trade houses/locations for your wintertime! It's been in the 90's and up to 100 several days...here in Lehi, Utah. And, I just hate getting my "bacon grease" all over my driver's seat!. I give a heartfelt thanks every day for the wonders of Air-Conditioning...in house, car and retail stores.
